إصلاح مصفاة PEPA للصيانة الشاملة

برعاية المجلس المحلي لمحافظة مأرب، ممثلاً باللواء الشيخ سلطان بن علي مبخوت العرادة، وبإشراف مباشر من المدير التنفيذي العام المهندس سالم محمد الكعيطي، للإدارة العامة للاستكشاف والتنقيب عن النفط هيئة الإنتاج (PEPA).

In line with a planned maintenance shutdown aimed at reviving the refinery’s production capacity and ensuring its continued efficiency, the refinery underwent a comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and the replacement of outdated machinery, including the installation of advanced catalysts. The maintenance strategy not only aimed to optimize operational costs but also to maintain a reliable equipment and system.

أثر الإغلاق المؤقت لمصفاة مأرب بشكل مؤقت على إنتاج الديزل والبنزين. إلا أن هذه الصيانة كانت ضرورية لضمان استمرار تشغيل المصفاة. ومن خلال التدخل في مكوناته، كان الهدف هو تعزيز كفاءة الطاقة، وضمان عمليات متسقة، والحفاظ على سلامة السلامة، وإطالة العمر الإجمالي.

The maintenance process included a thorough examination and inspection of critical equipment that couldn’t be addressed during the regular operation of the facility. It encompassed items that had exhibited issues or necessitated routine inspections.

It’s worth noting that not only were planned tasks effectively executed, but numerous critical tasks that arose unexpectedly were also successfully completed during this maintenance shutdown.

All maintenance and inspection activities were accomplished within a concise period of 24 days. This efficient operation reflects PEPA’s dedication to maintaining and enhancing the operational capabilities of the Marib refinery.
